At the end of our classes, each jewellery piece will be given a warranty card and its coverage timeline highlighted to you.
It is mandatory to bring along the warranty card for any future servicing. Please view our detailed warranty coverage here.

We offer complimentary lifetime polishing services for all jewellery made at our studio.

2. Service Eligibility Check
Before enquiring our services, it is recommended to ensure the best fit. Please double-check and confirm that a repair or resize is required, as frequent resizing may compromise the strength and integrity of your ring or bangle, particularly for jewellery with gemstones, engraving, or delicate details.
Wear at least a Month
We recommend you to wear your jewellery for at least one month before resizing to allow your finger/wrist to adjust naturally.
Observe Comfort
Observe comfort under varying conditions — temperature changes, activities, and daily wear can all affect how a jewellery feels.

3. Repair & Resizing Cost
All KOBO jewellery includes a 1-year warranty from the date of collection, covering craftsmanship and material defects under proper use.
Within 1-Year Warranty
KOBO Jewellery
- Resizing for rings applies only to the originally intended finger.
- Reshaping of bangles is recommended due to normal use within the warranty period.
The warranty includes 1 complimentary resizing/reshaping of item (within ± 1 to 2 sizes subject to jewellery’s design).
Post-Warranty (after 1 Year)
Gold / Platinum Rings
- Resizing or adjustments may incur a fee of $100–200, especially if refinement by our Japan Atelier is required.
Silver Rings / Bangles
- Resizing of rings or reshaping of bangles or any adjustments may incur a fee of $30–50, assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on complexity.
Silver Ring Resizing Limitations
- Gemstone settings rings cannot be resized
- Wavy and Tiara designs cannot be resized
- Twist designs are not recommended to downsize
- 5.5mm band width can be resized within ± 1 sizes only
- 2.5mm to 4.0mm band width can be resized within ± 2 sizes, subject to jewellery’s design
Bangle Repair Limitation
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer repairs for bangles that have broken, become worn, or bent due to regular use, post-warranty. As bangles are delicate items, we kindly ask that they are handled and worn with care to help prevent damage.

4. Appointment & Collections
Please book with us here for resizing/repair appointments, and kindly note that our studio operates on an appointment basis.
