Resizing applies only to the originally intended finger and is subject to the conditions outlined below:
Within 1-Year Warranty
We recommend you to wear your ring for at least one month before resizing to allow your finger to adjust naturally.
Post-Warranty (after 1 Year)
Gold / Platinum Rings
Resizing or adjustments may incur a fee of $100–200, especially if refinement by our Japan Atelier is required.
Silver Rings
Resizing or adjustments may incur a fee of $30–50, assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on complexity.
Silver Ring Resizing Limitations
- Gemstone settings rings cannot be resized
- Wavy and Tiara special designs cannot be resized
- Twist special designs are not recommended to downsize
- 5.5mm band width can be resized within ± 1 sizes only
- 2.5mm to 4.0mm band width can be resized within ± 2 sizes
