OUR STORY
工房 KOBO takes its name from the Japanese term for ‘workshop’. Established in June 2021, we are a jewellery making studio rooted from Japan, backed by the esteemed MITUBACI Tokyo Atelier and fine jewellery brand, FUJIMORI KAJITA.
We aim to blend the essence of traditional Japanese craftsmanship with contemporary, hands on creations, ensuring that each jewellery made is a narrative in itself, infused with emotional significance.

In addition to creating memorable pieces in 925 silver, we provide the opportunity to work with precious metals like 18K Gold and Platinum. These materials are ideal for crafting wedding rings or durable, timeless keepsakes. Our approach in the studio allows you and your partner to be deeply involved in every step of the making process, adding your personal narrative.
During the session, you will witness the transformation of raw materials into refined, wearable art. Experience the entire process of ring making — from engraving, firing, shaping to applying the final texture and finish. Each step involves active participation, ensuring a tinkering and present experience.
For pieces crafted in 18K gold and silver that require no stone setting, this allows for same-day completion without any additional lead time, making it ideal for those seeking a spontaneous and timely creation.
