All pieces crafted at KOBO Jewellery comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date of collection.
This warranty covers both workmanship faults and material faults under responsible use. It includes:
- Complimentary re-sizing of your jewellery for the first time (limited to one size up or down)
- Setting of loose gems, provided the original stones are returned together.
Please note that this warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear and is not applicable in cases of loss, theft, improper use, negligence, or attempts at unauthorized repair. Beyond the one-year period, fees will be charged on a case-by-case basis. We offer lifelong polishing services at no cost.
To make a warranty claim, kindly notify us at +65 88908552 and via email hello@kobojewellery.com, specifying the defective products and the nature and extent of the defect.
If your claim is valid, we will, at our discretion:
(a) Repair the products related to the defect.
(b) Resize the products at no charge for the first time.
REPAIR:
After assessing your item, we will provide an estimated quotation for the restoration process. Once your item is ready, we will notify you via your preferred contact method, either by phone call or text message. Please note that collection is only available in studio.
All customers are eligible for a one time free resizing of their rings. Subsequent resizing may incur charges, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Loose stones can be reset for free if the customer returns both the original stone and the item. However, resetting different stones or replacing loose stones will incur a fee.
LEAD TIME:
Repairing of any item will usually take about 4 to 6 weeks, or longer depending on the condition of repair.
