These are the terms and conditions governing the supply of KOBO Jewellery products to you. It is your responsibility to carefully read and understand these terms before submitting your order to us.
These terms provide essential information on how KOBO Jewellery provides products to you, resolves transaction issues, and other pertinent details. KOBO Jewellery reserves the right to amend, change, or terminate the contract at our discretion.
If you disagree with any term in these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, please refrain from placing any orders through the Website.
BOOKINGS
All orders are subject to written acceptance by KOBO Jewellery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information displayed in your checkout list accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, the booking will be sent to KOBO Jewellery for processing, and you will receive a confirmation email. In cases where email confirmation is deemed insufficient, KOBO Jewellery reserves the right to request verbal confirmation of orders.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS:
To complete your booking, select your desired time slot and click the “checkout” button. Before proceeding, please ensure all provided information is accurate and make any necessary corrections. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.
Please note that failure to attend a class may result in the forfeiture of future booking privileges and the deposit will not be refunded. After placing your order, you will receive an auto-generated confirmation email acknowledging your appointment. Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days prior to the class. Repeated cancellations may affect your ability to book future classes.
KOBO Jewellery is not liable for missed classes due to negligence. All bookings are subject to our acceptance.
RESCHEDULING:
In the event of a need to postpone your class, the rescheduled class should be completed within 7 days. Kindly note that deposits are non refundable.
BRAND LOGO IMPRINT:
Our logo, “工房,” will be imprinted on our products for warranty purposes, and its removal is not permitted.
Please note that images of our products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to display colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the product’s true colors. For any product-related inquiries, please contact us via email.
As our main atelier is based in Japan, your jewellery may need to be sent back for advanced polishing or repairs. You can fill out the item inquiry form available on the website’s booking page. Please note that orders are intended for personal use only; commercial use is excluded. KOBO Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order if you have been involved in a dispute concerning a prior order or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activities, or unauthorized commercial use of purchased products.
PRICES and PAYMENTS:
KOBO Jewellery product prices are indicated in local currency (SGD) inclusive of local tax (GST) based on regulations. Prices exclude shipping costs, if any. KOBO Jewellery reserves the right to modify product prices on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website upon attending the class. You are responsible for the costs incurred when using distance communication means to place an order with us. KOBO Jewellery reserves the right to correct errors or inaccuracies on the Website or cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards, payable in local currency (SGD) inclusive of respective local tax (GST) based on regulations.
WARRANTY:
All our jewellery made are covered by the warranty provided by KOBO Jewellery. This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers workmanship faults, and material faults under responsible use. It entitles you to:
Re-sizing of your rings (limited to one size up or down) for no charge for the first time
Setting of loose gems provided that the original stones are returned together.
This warranty however, does not cover normal wear and tear. It is not valid in case of loss, theft, improper use, negligence or attempts to repair it by unauthorized persons.
After the 1 year period, a resizing fee will be charged on a case by case basis. Additionally, we offer free polishing services for all products purchased and made at our studio.

STRICT NO RETURN POLICY:
We do not accept refund requests for any products purchased at KOBO Jewellery. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us via email. Our Customer Service will respond within 1-3 working days.
AUTHENNTICITY GUARANTEE:
KOBO Jewellery guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased and crafted with us.
SAFETY AND WORKSHOP CARE:
Customers are responsible for their safety during workshops. Misuse of tools is prohibited. Instructors are professionally trained and will conduct classes with safety precaution.
Please only use tools on the provided materials. Vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in fines.
LIABILITY:
We are not liable for any delay or failure of performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from causes beyond our reasonable control.
WAIVER:
Our failure to enforce immediate compliance with these terms or delay in taking steps against violations does not waive our right to enforce such provisions at a later time.
SERVERANCE:
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found ton be invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Please review them before placing an order.
